3. Digital Product Delivery (Software Keys)
Once a digital product key has been delivered via email or redeemed in your account, it is non-returnable. This is standard for all downloadable software products. However, if there is a defective product key or incorrect version purchased, we will offer a replacement as per the terms of our warranty.
4. Microsoft Product Key Policy
Once a Microsoft product key is added to your Microsoft account, it is permanently linked to that account and cannot be returned. Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct version for your operating system. However, if there is an issue with the key, such as defects or an incorrect version purchased, we will provide a replacement key under our warranty.
